Process Communication Personality Profile Model in Education

Many teachers aims to establish positive relationships with their students. However, many do not know how to build these relationships, especially with students at risk of dropping out.

Process Communication Model® (PCM) describes the needs of each person. This model helps educators to adapt their courses according to the different types of personalities.The presentation will focus on a description of this model that reduces disruptive behavior and increases motivation for each personality to create a welcoming environment by building positive relationships with students for better learning.
